Activities

FOUBLA’s activities include any mean of promotion of OHADA uniform statutes as well as the effort being conducted in order to co-opt English-speaking African countries, as member states of OHADA.

Our activities include among other things, the organization of seminars, lectures, conferences, continuing legal education (CLE) programs, English scholarship publication on OHADA law, organization of fundraising events to support and finance FOUBLA’s activities and similar activities, across the United States of America. The purpose of these activities is to contribute to the success of the unification process of Business Law throughout Africa with a direct involvement of the English African speaking countries, among others.
